After listening to some key people’s experiences on doing business in China, plus visiting some local companies, the group of Executive MBA of NEOMA Business School left Shanghai for Beijing for 5-h ride.
They took this opportunity to debate in teams about these past few days in Shanghai and analyse with different perspectives. From what they have heard, seen, understood, what was their opinion on :
1) Exporting from France to China
2) Producing in China for exporting
3) Developing a business locally
4) Co-investing with a local partner (e.g. Joint-venture)
5) Chinese Business rules, customs and etiquette. Pitfalls to avoid.
6) Innovation in China: opportunity or threat for Western countries?
